A happening day with an mazing snack recipe. Saw an elephant from the nearby festival at a temple.

Ingredients-
1 tsp oil
1 onion
1 carrot
1 grated raw potato
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp rice flour
1 cup Aashirvaad Atta
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Green chilli
Cooking Method-
1. In a pan, add hot oil & saute all ingredients except flour. Once done, add wheat flour & 1 tbsp rice flour.
2. Mix it well & transfer to another bowl. Add water and prepare pakora batter
3. Shape and fry in oil.
4. Serve these hot with Ketchup or Green Chutney.
